Everyone is welcome at St Mary’s Church Fête, in Bitton, on Saturday 7th September, from 1.30 to 5.30pm. A traditional community event for all the family.
The fête also includes a Dog Show run by Highcroft Veterinary Centre Longwell Green.
There will be a great variety of stalls including a Bookstall, White Elephant, Toys and Nearly Nu clothing.
We are also very pleased that our old friends the Companions of the Longbow will be there to demonstrate their archery skills and allow fete goers to try. Music will provided by #Oldland Brass, the Jazzbeanz and the St Mary’s Minstrels
There’s a licensed bar and a range of refreshments on the main field and in the church as well as delicious cream teas in the garden of Church Farm. That’s not to mention some delicious cakes for sale on the WI stall.
For children there will be a toy stall and glitter face painting. Professor Hudd’s Punch and Judy will also be featuring.
Lots of games and attractions culminating in the Egg Throwing Contest at the end of the afternoon.
Also don’t miss:
