BITTON CHURCH FÊTE & DOG SHOW – SATURDAY 7th SEPTEMBER

Our annual church fête and dog show  takes place this Saturday.  We look forward to welcoming you to this popular community event. Gates open at 1.30pm.

It’s a traditional village event.  There are no traders and all the profits go towards the upkeep of the ancient church that has been at the centre of Bitton village for over 1000 years. All the regular stalls and games will be there.  We have a licensed bar, a food station with a BBQ, pulled pork and (new this year) fresh pizza.  There is tea and cakes too or for a special treat enjoy a cream tea in Church farm garden.

Dog Show run by Highcroft Veterinary Centre.

Also this year we will be displaying one of the church’s treasures – the 300 year old Seymour cloth.

Don’t miss the chance to test your baking skills in the Bitton Baker of the Year Competition

As usual, the fête will culminate in the famous Bitton Egg Throwing Contest and the drawing of the raffle.

Join us for an enjoyable and traditional afternoon.  (Parking available on the field).
